Haven't had the 2012 parade yet but...
I know of two for sure:
Lassiter
Seminole
Anyone know of any others? Just curious since I may be out there for a couple years for grad school so.

There's also Jackson Memorial (http://tri.gmnews.com/news/2011-09-22/Schools/JMHS_band_offered_spot_in_Rose_Parade.html)
This signature needs something witty.
Santiago HS from Corona, CA earned a spot in the 2013 Tournament of Roses Parade last Friday when they were crowned champions at the Los Angeles County Fair Band Competition.
The win was considered a major surprise and upset to many of us familiar with the Southern California band scene, as most people had expected Riverside King HS to take the top spot virtually unchallenged. Riverside King is the 4-time defending champion of the Arcadia Band Review, which has long been considered to be the de-facto championship for competitive parade bands here in Southern California.
That said, Santiago HS is completely deserving of the spot, having put on a fantastic performance both in prelims and finals, and they will no doubt do a fine job representing the Southland as they make their 1st-time appearance down Colorado Blvd. on January 1st, 2013!
Lafayette HS Band from Kentucky just announced last night they have been invited to the 2013 Tournament of Roses parade.
